Photographs were taken down by City Park at Okanagan Lake.
One of these photo's is of the famous "floating bridge" here in Kelowna.
The bridge was built in 1965, and according to some authorities,
our lake is "bottomless"...so they call it the floating bridge!

We are also famous for the Ogopogo, a Lake Monster that is "quotes"
friendly...but I would not chance it! A team of horses have been
"pulled down", so I do not want to even think about him when
I am swimming.

We have many parks here in Kelowna, as the "water life" in the summer
months, is really lots of fun! Swimming, boating, sailing, etc.
I personally was told that I could swim before I could walk!
I love the water, and they call me a "water baby", but my days for
ardent swimming are over due to back problems, so now I have developed
a new stroke. It is called..."the bicycle"...all you have to do
is sit in the water, and peddle like you are on a bike!
I can do that for hours on end, and it is so relaxing, and at the
same time, you are exercising without hurting the lower discs.
Try it you will like it!

Our Lord paints the most beautiful sunsets that you can imagine, and
on this next page, you will see a few.
